Landlord Certificates

Landlords are legally obliged (in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations 1998) to get a gas safety certificate (CP12) every twelve months.  All of our Gas Safe checks are carried out by an experienced, qualified Gas Safe registered heating engineer.

In order to make the process as smooth and as hassle free as possible we are happy to deal directly with your agents and or with the tenants to arrange a convenient time and date in order to undertake the necessary services.

Housing Minister Brandon Lewis has recently announced that from the 10th October 2015 (subject to Government approval), UK landlords will be required by law to install working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in rented properties (in “high risk rooms” – such as those where oil-fired heating and cooking appliances are installed.
